Respins recurs

Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de pârâtul M.P- P. de pe lângă Î.C.C.J. împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1094 din 17 dec. 2007 a Tribunalului Bistriţa - Năsăud pronunţată în dosar nr. 132/112/2007, pe care o menţine.
