Nefondat

Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de pârâta OMV P SA împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 270 din 19.02.2010 a Tribunalului Maramureş, pronunţată în dosar nr. 6115/100/2008, pe care o menţine. Obligă pe numitul recurent să plătească intimaţilor CI, VA, BG, MMR, FLS suma de câte 100 lei, cheltuieli de judecată în recurs. Decizia este irevocabilă. Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 22 septembrie 2010.
