Admite recursul declarat de Grupul Şcolar Metalurgic Galaţi împotriva sentinţei civile nr.2210/8.11.2010 pronunţată de Tribunalul Galaţi, pe care o modifică în parte în sensul că;
Respinge ca nefondată cererea de acordare a primei de vacanţă aferentă anului 2007.
Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de pârâtul C******** L**** G*****.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei recurate.
