Admite cererea
Admite acţiunea.
Obligă pe pârâţi să acorde reclamantului diferenţa de salariu reprezentând premiul anual pentru perioada 01.01.2011-31.12.2014, reactualizat în func?ie de indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective şi pentru viitor.
Obligă pe pârâte la daune interese moratorii către reclamanţi, respectiv dobânda legală, începând cu data de 01.01.2011, până la data plăţii efective.
