Admis recurs
Admite recursul declarat de pârâtul Inspectoratul General al Poliţiei Române precum şi recursurile declarate de pârâţii Inspectoratul de Poliţie Judeţean Cluj, Casa Asigurărilor de Sănătate a Apărării, Ordinii Publice Siguranţei Naţionale şi Autorităţii Judecătoreşti, Ministerul Administraţiei şi Internelor împotriva sentinţei civile nr.150/01.02.2006 pronunţată de Tribunalul Cluj în dosar nr. 6232/2005 pe care o modifică în sensul că respinge acţiunea formulată de reclamanţii Rus Sorin Ioan ş.a. şi cererile de intervenţie formulate de M**** N****** ş.a.
Respinge cererea de chemare în garanţie formulată de pârâtul Ministerul Administraţiei şi Internelor.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 19.09.2006.
