Admis recurs
Admis recursul declarat de reclamanţii F***** Z***** C***** şi F***** D***** contra sentinţei civile nr. 4313 din 20.06.2006, pe care o modifică în sensul că admite acţiunea reclamanţilor recurenţi şi în consecinţă:
Constată că recurenţii reclamanţi au dobândit dreptul de proprietate asupra imobilului în natură uscătorie, în suprafaţă utilă de 15 mp situat în Baia mare, str. Mărăşeşti nr. 24 parter, scara B, identificat în CF nr. 11596/uscătorie Baia Mare, cu nr. top. 2822/381, în baza convenţiei de vânzare-cumpărare datată 02.02.2006 încheiată între intimaţii - pârâţi, în calitate de vânzători pe de o parte şi recurenţii reclamanţi, în calitate de cumpărători, pe de altă parte, cu preţul de 3.000 RON.
Dispune întabularea dreptului de proprietate asupra imobilului sus menţionat în CF 11596/uscătorie Baia Mare în favoarea reclamanţilor recurenţi, cu titlu de drept cumpărare.
