Respins recurs
Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de pârâtul S**** A******** împotriva deciziei civile nr. 514 din 16.06.2006 a Tribunalului Cluj pronunţată în dosar nr. 2354/2005, pe care o menţine.
Obligă pe numitul recurent să plătească intimatului G***** I*** suma de 1500 RON, cheltuieli de judecată în recurs.
