Soluţionare
Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de reclamantul DEGENTFELD SCHOMBURG PAUL împotriva deciziei civile nr. 1315 din 31mai 2004 a Curţii de Apel Cluj, pronunţată în dosar nr.6482/2004 , pe care o menţine.
Obligă pe numitul recurent să plătească intimatei Jakab Rozalia 2516 RON, Gyorgenyi Peter 500 RON, Vasile Ileana, Ghinguleac Georgeta, Peştean Silviu, Cosma Aurora Doina, Iancu Ioan şi Zagoni Szabo Iosif câte 100 RON, pentru fiecare, cheltuieli de judecată.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
