Soluţionare
Admite recursul reclamantului Donogany Grigore Ioan Zaharia împotriva deciziei civile nr. 1942 din 8 septembrie 2004 a Curţii de Apel Cluj, pronunţată în dosar nr. 5409/2004, pe care o casează şi trimite cauza pentru rejudecare la Tribunalul Cluj.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
