Soluţionare
În temeiul art.208-209 al.1 lit.a,e,g,i Cod penal cu aplic. art.41 al.2 C.P., 37 lit.a C.P. condamnă inculpatul Gel Ion Constantin la o pedeapsă de6 ani închisoare. In temeiul art.83 C.P. revocă beneficiul suspendării condiţionate , urmând ca în final inculpatul să execute 8 ani închisoare.
