Soluţionare

Admite acţiunea astfel cum a fost precizată. Respinge excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive invocată de Ministerul Finanţelor Publice prin DGFP Vâlcea. Obligă pe pârâţii Ministerul Justiţiei, Curtea de Apel Piteşti şi Tribunalul Vâlcea să plătească reclamanţilor spor de vechime în muncă pentru perioada 29.11.2001 până la data rămâ nerii definitive a hotărârii, actualizat cu indicele de inflaţie de la data naşterii dreptului până la data executării hotărârii. Obligă Tribunalul Vâlcea să efectueze menţiunea corespunzătoare privind sporul de vechime în carnetul de muncă al reclamanţilor. Obligă Ministerul Finanţelor Publice să aloce fondurile necesare aplicării acestor drepturi. Executorie de drept, cu recurs.
