Admis recurs
Admite cererea de repunere în termenul de recurs formulată de reclamanta C****** S*****.
Admite recursul declarat de reclamanta C****** S*****.
Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr.283 din 6.06.2006 pronunţată de Tribunalul Neamţ în dosarul nr.2461/2005 în sensul următor:
Obligă pârârţii Ministerul Justiţiei şi T********* B**** către reclamanta C****** S***** la plata sumei de 32.027.823 lei total, din care 13.207.823 lei pentru anul 2001 şi 18.820.000 lei, pentru anul 2002.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei recurate.
Respinge ca nefondate recursurile declarate de Ministerul Justiţiei şi de Ministerul Finanaţelor Publice prin D.G.F.P. Neamţ.
