Soluţionare
respinge exceptia inadmisibilitatii actiunii invocate de paratul MFP
admite actiunea reclamantilor
obliga paratii sa plateasca reclamantilor drepturile banesti reprezentand prime de concediu pentru anii 2004-2006
obliga paratul MAI sa cuprinda in bugetul propriu aceste sume, iar paratul MFP sa propuna rectificarea bugetului in acest sens
admite cererile de chemare in garantie a MFP formulate de MAI SI IPC CJ
respinge exceptia lipsei calitatii procesuale pasive invocate de paratii MFP si IGPR
obliga paratii sa plateasca cheltuieli de judecata in suma de 1040lei
cu drept de recusr in 15 zile de la comunicare
