respinge exceptia inadmisibilitatii actiunii invocate de paratul MFP
admite in parte actiunea reclamantilor
obliga paratii sa plateasca reclamantei IVAN MIHAELA drepturile banesti reprezentand primade concediu pentru anii 2006 actualizata cu rata inflatiei incepand cu data platii
obliga paratii sa plateasca reclamantilor de randul 1-13, 15-90 drepturile banesti reprezentand prime de concediu pentru anii 2004-2006 actualizate cu rata inflatiei incepand cu data platii
obliga paratul MAI sa cuprinda in bugetul propriu aceste sume, iar paratul MFP sa propuna rectificarea bugetului in acest sens
admite cererile de chemare in garantie a MFP formulate de MAI SI IPJ CJ
respinge exceptia lipsei calitatii procesuale pasive invocate de paratii MFP si IGPR
cu drept de recusr in 15 zile de la comunicare
