Admite recursul formulat de către pârâtul M********* J********. Modifcă sentinţa în sensul că admite în parte acţiunea şi obligă pe pârâţii M********* J********, Curtea de Apel Piteşti şi Tribunalul Vâlcea să plătească reclamanţilor şi intervenienţilor sumele de bani reprezentând diferenţă spor de vechime calculat la indemnizatia de încadrare lunară brută majorată cu 40%, cuvenită pentru perioada 27.04.2004-30.09.2004, ce se vor actualiza cu indicele de inflaţie până la data plăţii efective. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei. Respinge recursul formulat de pârâtul Ministerul Economiei şi Finanţelor. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi, 16 noiembrie 2007.
