Admite recursul reclamanţilor.
Modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că obligă Agenţia pentru Ocuparea Forţei de Muncă Argeş să plătească reclamanţilor prima de concediu şi pe perioada 2001-2003, indexată, până la plata efectivă.
Obligă pârâţii Agenţia Naţională pentru Ocuparea Forţei de Muncă şi Ministerul Muncii, Solidarităţii şi Familiei să asigure pârâtei Agenţia pentru Ocuparea Forţei de Muncă Argeş fondurile necesare plăţii primei de vacanţă.
Respinge recursurile celorlalţi recurenţi ca nefondate.
Menţine în rest sentinţa.
