Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de reclamanţii O.I. şi alţii împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1495 din 11 iunie 2007 a Tribunalului Sălaj, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 1421/84/2007, pe care o menţine. Decizia este irevocabilă. Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 9 octombrie 2007.
