Soluţionare
Admite cererea.
Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale din practicaua, considerentele şi dispozitivul sentinţei civile nr. 2157/21.11.2007 a Tribunalului Tulcea în sensul că numele a patru dintre reclamante se va citi corect: "Cîrjan Carmen-Luminiţa, Dandu Aurelia, Casian-Mauna Ana-Maria şi Pîrlog Marioara" în loc de " Cârjan Carmen-Luminiţa, Dancdu Aurelia, Casiam-Mauna Ana-Maria şi Pârlog Marioara" cum în mod greşit s-a consemnat.
Dispune îndreptarea în ambele exemplare ale sentinţei.
Definitivă şi executorie.
Cu recurs în 10 zile de la comunicare.
