Soluţionare
Admite în parte cererea. Obligă pârâţii să plătească reclamanţilor despăgubiri constând în sporul de 30% - 40% din indemnizaţia de încadrare brută lunară pentru perioada 1.04.2002- decembrie 2004, sume ce vor fi actualizate în funcţie de indicele de inflaţie la data efectuării plăţii.
Obligă pârâţii să înscrie în carnetele de muncă ale reclamanţilor menţiunile legale privind acordarea acestor drepturi conform prezentei hotărâri .
Admite cererea de chemare în garanţie a MEF. Respinge ca prescrisă cererea pentru perioada mai 2000- aprilie 2002 . Cu recurs în 10 zile de la comunicare. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică , azi 13.06.2007.
