Respins recurs

Respinge ca nefondate recursurile declarate de pârâţii T.SJ, M. J. şi M. E. F. ca tardiv împotriva sentinţei civile nr.533 din 19 martie 2007 a Tribunalului Sălaj pronunţată în dosar nr. 205/84/2007, pe care o menţine. Decizia este irevocabilă. Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 19 iunie 2007.
