Respinge recursurile declarate de M.M.D.D.,A.N.P.M.,A.P.M. Sălaj împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 738 din data de 06 aprilie 2007, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 237/84/2007 al tribunalului Sălaj pe care o menţine în întregime. Obligă în solidar recurenţii să plătească intimaţilor suma de 775 lei. Decizia este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din data de 21 septembrie 2007.
