Soluţionare
Admite în parte acţiunea pentru litigiu de muncă .Obligă pe pârâţi către reclamanţi la plata sporului de 40% din încadrarea lunară brută aferentă perioadei 9.02.2006 – martie 2006, din care vor fi deduse sumele achitate anterior cu acest titlu, sume ce vor fi actualizate la data plăţii.
Respinge acţiunea şi cererea de chemare în garanţie formulată faţă de Ministerul Finanţelor Publice pentru lipsa calităţii procesuale pasive.
