Admite excepţia tardivităţii recursului declarat de recurenta CNAS Bucureşti invocată din oficiu şi în consecinţă Respinge ca tardiv formulat recursul pârâtei CNAS Bucureţti . Respinge recursurile formulate de recurenţii CAS Covasna şi Ministerul Finanţelor Publice prin DGFP Covasna Decizai civlă nr. 53/M din 14.02.2007

Pentru studiul motivelor de recurs formulate de CNAS , în vederea comunicării întâmpinărilor formulate de intimaţii reclamanţi şi pentru a se pune în discuţie tardivitatea formulării recursului de către CNAS , părţile lipsă ur,mând a fi citate cu această menţiune şi cu motive de recurs , a amânat judecarea cauzei pentru data de 7 februarie 2007.
