Admite acţiunea. Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor prima de concediu pe anul 2006 în cuantumul prevăzut de lege pentru fiecare, actualizată din momentul naşterii dreptului şi până la plata efectivă. Ia act că reclamanţii nu solicită cheltuieli de judecată. Definitivă. Cu recurs în termen de 15 zile de la comunicare.
