Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de pârâtul MP şi de chematul în garanţie MF prin D*** M******** împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 270 din 5 martie 2007 a Tribunalului Maramureş, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 287/100/2007, pe care o menţine. Decizia este irevocabilă. Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 12 iunie 2007.
