Soluţionare
Admite exceptia lipsei calitatii procesuale a paratului Ministerul Economiei si Finantelor si respinge cererea formulata impotriva acestui parat, fata de lipsa calitatii procesuale pasive.
Admite exceptia presciptiei partiale a dreptului la actiune si respinge pretentiile reclamantilor pentru perioada 01.07.2001- august 2004, fata de prescriptia dreptului material la actiune.
Respinge restul actiunii, asa cum a fost precizata , ca neintemeiata.
Cu recurs in 10 zile de la comunicare.
Pronuntata in sedinta publica azi 08.11.2007.
