Nefondat
Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de reclamanta E.R.D.A. împotriva deciziei civile nr. 557/A din 14.01.2006 a Tribunalului Cluj pronunţată în dosar nr. 3429/2006, pe care o menţine.
Obligă pe numita recurentă să plătească intimaţilor cheltuieli de judecată în recurs după cum urmează:
- câte 100(una sută)lei pentru fiecare din intimaţii T.E, B.V,S.S.,S.M şi B.E;
- 1000 ( una mie ) lei în favoarea intimaţilor P.M. şi P.V-A.
- câte 500 ( cinci sute ) lei pentru fiecare din intimaţii M.M, G.T, N.M, C.I,H.V., M.I, K.S şi I.Z.S.D, M.V şi C.D-N.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 12 octombrie 2007.
