Soluţionare

Admite recursul declarat de recurenta Casa Naţională de Pensii şi Alte Drepturi de Asigurări Sociale. Modifică în parte sentinţa recurată în sensul că admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive invocată de Casa Naţională de Pensii şi respinge acţiunea formulată împotriva pârâtei Casa Naţională de Pensii pe această excepţie. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei recurate. Respinge recursul declarat de C.J.P. Neamţ ca nefondat. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi 5.10.2007.
