Soluţionare
Admite recursul declarat de reclamanţi prin A.Ş. împotrriva sentinţei civile nr. 2484 din data de 28 august 2007, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 3776/100/2007 al Tribunalului Maramureş pe care o modifică în parte în sensul că :Obligă pârâţii să plătească reclamanţilor primele de vacanţă şi pentru anul 2006, sumele actualizate cu rata inflaţiei de la data scadenţei şi până la efectuarea plăţii.
Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din data de 22 noiembrie 2007.
