Soluţionare
În baza art 146 cod procedură civilă pentru a da posibilitate părţilor să depună concluzii scrise, şi văzând şi prevderile art 260 cod procedură civilă, în vederea deliberării,

Admite ca fondat recursul, admite în parte acţiunea, obligă pârâţii , în solidar , să facă demersuri, să aloce fonduri şi să acorde în favoarea reclamanţilor tichetele de masă sau echivalentul lor în lei, menţine dispoziţia sentinţei privind respingerea cererii de acordare în viitor a tichetelor de masă.
