Admis recurs

Admite recursurile declarate de pârâţii M.P. Parchetul de pe lângă ÎCCJ şi M.F.P. prin D*** M******** împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 162 din 14 febr.2007 a Tribunalului Maramureş pronunţată în dosar nr. 37/100/2007, pe care o modifică în parte, în sensul că, stabileşte obligaţia de plată a sporului de vechime cuvenit reclamanţilor, numai pentru perioada 3 ianuarie 2004-12 martie 2007. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Decizia este irevocabilă. Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 29 mai 2007.
