Admite recursul declarat de pârâtul MIRA Bucureşti împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 2710 din data de 12 septembrie 2007, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 3919/100/2007 al Tribunalului Maramureş pe care o casează în parte. Dispune trimiterea cererii de chemare în garanţie formulată de pârâtul MIRA Bucureşti, în vederea soluţionării, aceleiaşi instanţe. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Decizia este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din data de 08 noiembrie 2007.
