Admis recurs

Admite recursurile declarate de INS şi DJSBN împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 24/CA/28.02.2007, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 3948/112/2006 al Tribunalului Bistriţa Năsăud pe care o casează în parte şi rejudecând, admite cererile de chemare în garanţie formulate de pârâtele DJSBN şi INS şi obligă MEF să asigure şi să vireze fondurile necesare achitării sumelor acordate reclamanţilor. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei recurate. Obligă pârâtele recurente să plătească reclamanţilor, în solidar, cheltuieli de judecată în recurs de 1.550 RON. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 13.07.2007
