Soluţionare
Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă atacată în sensul că: Admite acţiunea formulată de reclam. personal auxiliar. Obligă pârâţii Ministerul Justiţiei şi Tribunalul Bucureşti să achite reclamanţilor drepturile băneşti aferente reprezentând primă de vacanţă pe anii 2005 şi 2006, actualizate. Admite cererea de chemare în garanţie a Ministerului Finanţelor Publice. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii. Irevocabilă.
