Văzând că prin cererea de recurs s-au invocat dispoziţiile art.242 alin.2 cpc şi s-a cerut judecarea cauzei şi în lipsa părţilor, instanţa rămâne în pronunţare.Având nevoie de timp pentru deliberare, amână pronunţarea la 3 aprilie 2007.
