Respins recurs

Respinge recursurile declarate de pârâţii P.O.Simleu Silvaniei; C.L.Simleu Silvaniei împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 457 din 15 martie 2007 pronunţată în dosarul nr. 4450/84/2006 al Tribunalului Sălaj pe care o menţine în întregime. Obligă intimaţii M.M.;C.L. ş.a. în solidar taxă judiciară de timbru în sumă de 4 RON şi timbru judiciar de 0,3 lei pt.judecata fond. Deciza este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 24 octombrie 2007.
