Soluţionare

Respinge ca tardiv recursul declarat de pârâtul M.F.P. Admite recursul declarat de pârâţii M.J. şi T.S. împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 252 din 12 februarie 2007 a Tribunalului Sălaj pronunţată în dosar nr. 4504/84/2006, pe care o modifică în tot în sensul că respinge acţiunea. Decizia este irevocabilă. Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 22 iunie 2007.
