Soluţionare

Respinge ca tardiv recursul declarat de pârâtul M.F.P. Admite recursul declarat de pârâtul M.P.- P. de pe lângă Î.C.C.J. împotriva sentinţei civile nr.244 din 12.02.2007 a Tribunalului Sălaj pronunţată în dosar nr.4567/84/2006, pe care o modifică în întregime în sensul că respinge acţiunea reclamanţilor M.I. ş.a. având ca obiect acordarea contravalorii tichetelor de masă. Decizia este irevocabilă. Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 25.05.2007.
