Admite cererea de revizuire.Anuleaztă în parte decizia civilă nr.941R din 09.03.2007 pronunţată de Curtea de Apel Bucureşti-secţia a VII a Civilă şi pentru Cauze Privind Conflicte de Muncă şi Asigurări Sociale în dosarul nr.1394/2/2006(388/2006) în sensul că:Obligă pârâţii la plata către reclamanţii personal auxiliar şi a primelor de vacanţă arferente anilor 2003-2004.Menţine celelalte dispoziţii.Irevocabilă.
