Amână pronuntarea cauzei la 11 09 2007.Amână pronuntarea cauzei la 18 09 2007.Admite exceptia lipsei calitătii procesuale pasive a pârâtei MEF Bucuresti.Respinge actiunea fată de pârâta MEF , ca fiind introdusă de o persoană fără calitate procesuală pasivă.respinge exceptia de prematuritate invocată de pârâtul IPJF Galati.Respinge cererea de chemare in garantie a MEF, MIRA formulate de catre pârâtii IPJF Galati si MIRA, ca nefondate. Admite actiunea formulată de reclamant in contraditoriu cu IPJF Galati si MIRA Bucuresti.Obligă pe pârâti în solidar să plătească reclamantilor drepturile salariale reprezentand spor de fidelitate de 20% pentru anul 2005 si prima de vacanta, actualizate cu rata inflatiei la momentul plătii, raportat la perioada exercitării de către reclamanti a functiei publice.Cu recurs in 15 zile de la comunicare.
