Anulează ca netimbrat recursul declarat de pârâtul I.P.J. Sălaj. Respinge recursul declarat de pârâta D.G.F.P. Sălaj împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1086 din 27.04.2007 pronunţată în dosarul nr. 594/84/2007 al Tribunalului Sălaj pe care o menţine în întregime. Decizia este irevocabilă.
