Admite recursurile şi în rejudecare: Modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că: Constată existenţa autorităţii de lucru judecat în ce priveşte acţiunea formulată de reclamanţii E** M*****, D***** C*****, A** D*** M******, B****** I******, P******** C******. Hondor Mihai, Uşurelu Gabriela, Budulan Roxana, Arhire Adriana, Ban Cristian, Betelie Mihai, Papuc Ana Maria, Avram Alina, Chirilă Tudoriţa , Veisa Loredana, Stan Doina, Costescu Monica Maria, Gabura Sergiu, Chiriac Lucia Tatiana, Tănase Mirela Daniela, Lupu Florentina, Enache Vladimir, Trifan Mihaela, Militaru Maria Magdalena şi pentru perioada 11.12.2003 - 1.04.2006 şi în consecinţă înlătură obligaţia de plată a despăgubirilor constând în sporul de vechime pentru reclamanţii menţionaţi şi perioada specificată. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei. Irevocabilă.
