Admite recursul declarat de către pârâtul – recurent Ministerul Justiţiei împotriva sentinţei civile nr.252/16.02.2007, pronunţată de Tribunalul Caraş - Severin în dosarul nr.7012/115/2006. Modifică în tot hotărârea recurată, în sensul că respinge acţiunea formulată de către reclamanţi împotriva pârâţilor. Irevocabilă.
