Incheiere: Admite cererile. Dispune rectificarea numelor petentilor-reclamanti cuprinse in dispozitivul sentintei comerciale 221/23.01.2008, după cum urmeaza:
CORECT: "BULUC DANIEL" in loc de Buhu Daniel
CORECT: "LUNGU IONUŢ" in loc de Lungu Ionel,
CORECT: "ZONTEA SĂNDEL" in loc de Bontea Daniel.
Mentine celelalte dispozitii ale susmentionate sentinte.
Cu recurs in 15 zile de la comunicare.
La data de 05.12.2008 - Camera de Consiliu - a fost solutionata cererea de indreptare a erorii materiale strecurata in dispozitivul sentintei comerciale 221/23.01.2008, cerere formulata de petentul-reclamant Savu Corneliu, cand s-a admis cererea si s-a dispus indreptarea erotii materiale, in sensul ca s-a dispus rectificarea numelui petentul din SAVU CORNELIA in "SAVU CORNELIU".
