Soluţionare
Admite ca fondat recursul introdus de Ministerul Justiţiei, modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul admiterii cererii de chemare în garanţie, obligă Ministerul Finanaţelor Publice să vireze fondurile necesare achitării drepturilor salariale. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei. Respinge ca nefondat recursul introdus de Ministerul Finanţelor Publice.
