Soluţionare
Admite ca fondat recursul, modifică în întregime sentinţa în sensul că: Admite ca şi fondată acţiunea, obligă pârâţii să le plătească reclamanţilor contravaloarea tichetelor de masă, sumele urmând a fi actualizate la data plăţii conform indicelului de inflaţie. Fără cheltuieli de judecată.
