Respinge ca tardive recursurile declarate de pârâţii CCR şi MFP prin DGFP MM împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1417 din 27.11.2006 pronunţată de Tribunalul Maramureş în dosarul nr. 8307/100/2006, pe care o menţine. Obligă pe numiţii recurenţi să plătească intimaţilor suma de 1800 Ron cheltuieli de judecată în recurs. Decizia este irevocabilă. Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 27 martie 2007.
