Soluţionare

Respinge ca nefondat recursul pârâtei CAS Cluj. Admite recursul declarat de pârâta A.S.P.J.Cluj împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 688 din 14 martie 2007 a Tribunalului Cluj pronunţată în dosar nr. 8374/117/2005, pe care o modifică în parte, în sensul că respinge acţiunea formulată de recl.B.S.C. şi alţii împotriva pârâtei D.S.J.Cluj; respinge cererea de obligare a acestei pârâte la plata cheltuielilor de judecată în primă instanţă. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Decizia este irevocabilă. Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 19 iunie 2007.
