Respins recurs

Respinge ca tardiv recursul declarat de recurentul M.E.F. împotriva sentinţei civile nr.640 din 9.03.2007 pronunţată în dosarul nr.8399/117/2006 al Tribunalului Cluj pe care o menţine în întregime. Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de pârâtul I.P.J. CLUJ împotriva aceleiaşi hotărâri. Decizia este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 28 iunie 2007.
