Respins recurs

Respinge ca nefondate recursurile declarate de chematul în garanţie M.E.F. şi pârâtul M.P.- P.de pe lângă I.C.C.J. împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1217 din 17 mai 2007 a Tribunalului Cluj, pronunţată în dosar nr. 8618/117/2006, pe care o menţine. Decizia este irevocabilă. Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 14 septembrie 2007.
